Okay I am one of those people who watched this 100 times to understand what was happening so i'm going to make it easy for those of you like me. At 32 seconds, when he flicks the pea from one cup to the other, the pea is not being flicked under the cup but being roled behind it where he pinches it with his thumb and index. then he is being super slick about it and pinching it and putting it behind the cup it's 'under'. the pea was never actually under the last 2 cups you are supposed to think it was.
